Sorkin Computer Service (SCS) offers many different service options to meet your needs.

Monthly Maintenance

• Parts and Labor contract.  Flat monthly price that includes parts and labor to keep your equipment up and running.
• Labor only contract.  Flat monthly price that covers all of the labor to keep you up and running, you pay for any parts that may be required.
• Parts only contract.  Flat monthly price that covers any parts required to keep you up and running, you pay for all labor.
• We also offer extended hours support up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a 4 hour response time.

Time and material

• Onsite repair.  SCS will send out a service engineer to your site (within our service area) Price for this service is $125 per hour, 2 hour minimum. If onsite time is less than 45 minutes, there is a $100 discount  There is no travel charges if within our service area.  Travel time for service outside our service area is billed at $85/hour.
• Pickup repair.  SCS will pick up your defective equipment (within our service area, and repair it at our office, then reinstall it at your location. Price for this service is $85 per hour, 1 hour minimum, plus a pick-up and delivery fee of $90 if within our service area. For outside our service area, travel time is billed at $85/hour.
• In shop repair.  You bring the defective equipment to us, and pick it up when it is fixed. Price for this service is $85 per hour, 1 hour minimum (please call ahead). If you choose not to have the recommended service performed, there is a $30 inspection charge. You must make an appointment prior to drop-off.
• Phone support.  We offer limited free phone support for customers who have purchased from us.  Extended phone support is offered at $85 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments.
• After hours, weekend, and holiday service is also available.  Please call for pricing.

You only pay for the time we are at your site and actually repairing your equipment.  You do not pay for travel time or a trip charge, if you are located within our service area. If we travel outside our service area, there is a $85/hour charge for time spent traveling beyond our service area.
